Returns
At Blune, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn and unwashed.
- Be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be free from stains, odours, damage or any signs of use.
Blune reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@blune.ch within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive instructions for returning your item(s).
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and shipping risks.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Blune cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.
Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Blune does not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, colour or item, please return the original item and place a new order through our website.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, and any new order will be subject to the applicable shipping charges.
Availability of products cannot be guaranteed while a return is in transit.
Footwear
Footwear must be tried on indoors and on a clean surface only.
Shoes showing signs of outdoor use, wear, dirt, damage or sole markings cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping charges and any additional service fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs of the issue.
If a product is confirmed to be defective or if an incorrect item has been shipped, Blune will cover the reasonable return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used pacifiers, teething products, feeding accessories, personal care products, gift cards and any item marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless faulty.
Personalized, made-to-order or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Sale Items
Sale and discounted items may be returned under the same conditions as regular-priced items unless otherwise stated.
Due to limited stock availability, replacement sizes or products for sale items cannot be guaranteed.
