Right of Return

In accordance with the regulations in force in Switzerland, Blune di Locarno customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. If you want to return a purchased product and request a refund or exchange, make sure that the item is in unaltered condition, unused and in its original packaging.

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return process, follow these steps:

Fill out the Return or Refund Form within 14 days of receiving the item.

Prepare the package to be returned by placing all items in their original packaging.

Send the package to the address that will be provided after filling out the return form.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs related to the return of the items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refund

Once we receive your return, we will check the status of the items. If the return meets our acceptance criteria, we will proceed with the refund within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The refund can take up to 14 business days from receipt of the return.

Changes

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate it in the return form. Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of receipt of the return. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be made.
